H.E.L.P. is a nonprofit 501(c)3 federally tax-exempt
organization. Formed in 1984, H.E.L.P. acts as a
liaison between the public and government agencies such as
local, state, and federal law enforcement. H.E.L.P. is
an all-volunteer organization—NO salaries are paid.
All donations go directly to the feeding, care and
transportation of the animals.

Due to the overwhelming need for H.E.L.P.'s
assistance, only horses from severe neglect and abuse
situations are taken in. |
