Dan
Dan came to the H.E.L.P. facility demonstrating his macho
capabilities. Dan has a separated hoof and is under the care of
a veterinarian and a farrier. He is also on a special diet to
enhance and promote hoof growth. He has a long road ahead of him
but he is doing good. His will to heal has helped him immensely. |

Sonny
Sonny is a 34-year-old POA. Unfortunately, he has to exist in a
geriatric environment. His hearing and eyesight are failing but
he seems to find his special feed without any problems. Sonny is
a sweet-ole horse and the children love him. |

Roxey
Roxey is a 15-year-old
mare with a sweet disposition. Children with disabilities love
to be paired with Roxey because of her gentle nature. Roxey
really enjoys the children. |

Little
Buddy
Little Buddy is a miniature donkey. He was released by an
elderly couple who could no longer provide for him. He has an
unusual bray and will let you know when he wants attention and
when children arrive at the facility. |
